We currently ship Ayurveda products across India and selected international destinations. For international shipping, additional charges may apply based on location and customs regulations.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery (India): 3-7 business days
Express Delivery (India): 1-3 business days
International Delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹X within India.
A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the minimum purchase amount.
International shipping charges vary based on weight, destination, and carrier charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control.
In case of an unexpected delay, our customer support team will assist you with updates.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
8. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect shipping information, shipping costs are non-refundable.
